Meet the Founder- Kendra Phillips
Kendra Phillips is passionate about helping people grow — in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. Her strong work ethic began at just 16, starting in customer service and working her way up into management roles. With a diverse background in retail, administration, property management, and career counseling, Kendra has developed a unique and adaptable skill set that equips her to guide clients through many stages of personal and professional development.
She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Analysis, which have given her the foundation to support both individuals and businesses in achieving their goals. As a licensed life insurance producer, she also helps families secure their future and build generational wealth.
Beyond her professional expertise, Kendra is actively involved in community work and advocacy, dedicating her time to empowering others and creating opportunities for growth. She welcomes every client with compassion, professionalism, and the belief that success begins with the right guidance and support.
