• Notary Services: Provided where applicable under state law.

• KDM Prestige Consulting, LLC provides life insurance services through licensed producers in Alabama and Texas (License #3003785544, valid through 01/31/2027).
   
• Insurance applications require the collection of sensitive personal information (including Social Security numbers and health data) which is submitted directly to the carrier or underwriter.
   
• We act under a fiduciary duty to protect your confidentiality. Final approval, rates, and coverage terms are determined solely by the issuing carrier.
   
• We may partner with licensed affiliates to serve clients outside Alabama and Texas.
   

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

• All content on our website and materials provided through our Services (logos, text, images, training documents, templates, webinars, etc.) are the property of KDM Prestige Consulting, LLC or its licensors.
