Privacy Policy

1) Introduction & Scope:

KDM Prestige Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights available to you under applicable U.S. laws. This Policy applies to personal information collected through our websites, mobile pages, online forms, emails, phone communications, virtual services, and other interactions with KDM Prestige Consulting, LLC. If you are a resident of a state with its own privacy law (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado), additional rights described below may apply to you.

We may request additional information to verify your request; typical response timeframes under California law may apply.


10)  Other state privacy laws (examples: Virginia, Colorado)

Residents of some other states (such as Virginia and Colorado) have similar rights under their state consumer privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information, as well as the right to opt out of certain targeted processing. We will honor such rights to the extent required by applicable law and will provide a process for submitting requests.


11) How to exercise your rights (general)

To submit a request to access, correct, delete, or opt out of sale/sharing, please email k.phillips@kdmprestige.com with a description of your request and any information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to request additional information to verify your identity and the scope of your request. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf if they provide proper authorization.


12) Do Not Sell / Do Not Share

Where applicable (for example, under California law), you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To opt out, email k.phillips@kdmprestige.com with the subject line: “Do Not Sell/Do Not Share My Information,” or use any designated opt-out mechanism we post on our website. We will honor opt-out requests in compliance with applicable law.


13) Third-party sites, services & links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and tools (for payments, scheduling, analytics, or other services).
